On the 29th December 2016 the Fair Work Commission (FWC) published its single enterprise agreement legislative checklist.
The checklist is used by the FWC to assist them when determining agreement approval applications. It is being published to provide businesses with an outline of the requirements of agreement making, and to provide awareness of the FWC’s process for assessing agreement approval applications.
